Kelly Gregory Studio · The Front Door

Half a day. Your week on a page. A list in order.

Before anybody builds anything — a 90-minute session that maps exactly what your week is costing you, and a plain recommendation on what's actually worth fixing.

A$450 · 90 minutes
Book & pay — A$450

Credited in full against The Order Desk or The Content Engine, Done For You, if you book within 30 days.

You already know something's wrong with your week. You just can't say which part to fix first.

So you buy a tool instead of making a diagnosis — and end up with three subscriptions, a folder of saved prompts, and the same Tuesday night you had before.

The expensive version of this mistake is buying a build: spending thousands automating the wrong process, or automating a process that should have been deleted. This session exists to make that impossible. It's a diagnosis before a purchase — not a purchase itself.

Questions worth asking first

Will you just tell me to buy something?

A fair number of audits end with a list you work through yourself. The fee is what makes it possible to say so honestly, instead of every session ending in a pitch.

I already know what's broken — is this still worth it?

Then the build conversation is probably the right one, and the Audit's fee is credited in full against it if you book within 30 days. Either way you leave with the Priority List on paper, not just in your head.

Do I need to prepare anything?

A short intake form before the session — that's it. Come with the real week, including the parts that feel too small to mention. Those are usually the expensive ones.

What comes after the Audit

If the recommendation is a build, it leads to one of two places: The Order Desk (custom-order businesses, email-to-fulfilment automation) or The Content Engine, Done For You (solo creative service businesses, a marketing system built on what you've already made). Your A$450 comes off either in full, if you book within 30 days.
